Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Prizma-Foto account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
